CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of requests for order cancellations, Jubal Store reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Jubal Store receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by Jubal Store, Jubal Store shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a reasonable period of time. Jubal Store will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Jubal Store has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Jubal Store and accept Jubal Store’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your  item is under a manufacturer defect, you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
